Payment unlock: the custom plan can only be paid once the total reaches the $50 cap. Below $50 there is no pay button. The custom plan page shows the current total, the dollars missing (50 minus the total), and how many more resources are needed to unlock, calculated by forward simulation (not division), because the table is not monotonic: for example, 15 resources are $45 but 17 are $34, and 31 ($46.50), 32 ($48), and 33 ($49.50) do not unlock; 25–30 and 34 or more do unlock. On reaching the cap, the order is sent to /tienda/api/orders and continues to payment.
